New 7 Wonders of the World

In the Ancient Greece the historian Herodotus created a list of the most symbolic landmarks of the world, but we only can see the Great Pyramid of Giza, the only who stands nowadays. From 2001 to 2006, the New7 Wonders Foundation organized an event to select the Wonders of the World.

Some countries have reclaimed the result of the votation because there are better monuments which are not in the list.
