TV ads


Watch these TV advertisements and analyse them:

1. Who is the source? Who is the target? Name of the product.
2. What is the message?
3. Do you like them? Why?/Why not? Which strategies can you identify?

    -Kellogg's
    -Selling cereal to the young people.
    -Krave Trojan Bunny
    -This cereals contain milk, chocolate and so loves children more.
    -Yes, because they have chocolate.
    -Uses animation to the Trojan rabbit ’’Bunny’’ and a fun language.

    2º Hyperactive Child.

    -Vision Express Opticians.
    - To the parents that have young children.
    - Boy Insurance for Designer Glasses.
    - A two for one in designer glasses if your son breaks them.
    - Yes, because if my glasses are broken, I have others.
    - It's a nice adver with a real situation where a child breaks his father's glasses.

    3º Little Girl's Decision

    - Aldi.
    - For children.
    - Ketchup ( tomato souce).
    - The ketchup will love children and it is also cheaper.
    - The adver is funny but i don't like the ketchup.
    - Use a little girl to choose that ketchup children and parents to buy it because it is cheaper.

  3. 1.The source is Kellog.The target is people that eat cereals, young people.The name of the product is Krave.
    2.The mesage is that the people who like chocolate buy this cereals because they have many chocolate.
    3.Yes, i like it because it is very funny.
    The strategies are the colors and that the animal is covered by chocolate like the cereals.



    1.Vision express.People who want to buy good and cheap glasses.The name is Vision express.
    2.The mesage is that if you want to have good and cheap glasses buy go to Vision express.
    3.I don´t like it very much because it is boring for me.
    I don´t find strategies.


    1.The source is Aldi.People who want to buy a ketchup but not very expensive.The name is Aldi.
    2.The mesage is that all ketchups are the same but the people buy the cheaper.
    3.I like it because the girl is very funny.
    The strategies are that the advert is in a kitchen.

    1. First advert:


    - The source is Kellog's.

    - The target is young people and children who
    eats chocolate.

    - The product is called "Krave".

    - The message is:
    There's a new type of cereal which contains a
    lot of chocolate and it looks delicious.

    - Yes, I do. Because it's very funny and the
    cereals introduced in a kind of Trojan Horse
    to eat the chocolate.

    - The colors are the same in the product and in
    the advert. Cereals are in a type of Trojan
    Horse that looks a bunny and they can eat all
    the chocolate. The cereals are very funny!



    2. Second advert:


    - The source is Vision Express.

    - The target are the fathers with broken
    glasses.

    - The product are glasses.

    - The message is:
    If you want good and resistant glasses you can
    have two for one in that store.

    - I don't like very much because it's not very
    interesting.

    - There's a funny situation and it's impactant,
    too.



    3. Third advert:


    - The source is Aldi.

    - I think the target are mothers.

    - The product is keptchup.

    - The message is that the same keptchup that a
    very expensive keptchup but it's cheaper.

    - I like it because the girl is very cute.

    - The strategies are:
    The little girl is so cute...
    They say that their keptchup is the cheapest.
    The scene is in the kitchen.

    - The source is Kellog. The target are childrens who eat cereals and mums which do the shopping. The product is Krave
    - The message is: A new type of cereals with a lot of chocolate
    -No because I don't eat many cereals. The colours in the advert are the same that the colours of the product
    Second advert:
    -The source is "Vision Express". The target are people who wear glasses.
    -There are cheep and good there
    -I don't like because I think is boring without much comercial strategies
    Third advert:
    -The source is Aldi. The target are mothers who do the shopping. The product is keptchup.
    - A very good keptchup but is cheaper
    -I like because the strategies are: a cute girl
